Save files use SQLite3 as their format, and are easily edited with numerous programs online. This udata.dat is an example of an edited save file with every character and weapon unlocked. Most christmas/halloween skins that are available for purchase (unless you played during events) are also unlocked.

Example:

Installation

1) Place in Steam/userdata/<Your steam id>/25700/remote (Overwrite existing udata.dat)

2) Play the game

It will unlock most achievements automatically.
